Alan Moore’s Supreme is a parody of Superman. Szazs in turn is an homage to Mister Mxyzptlk complete with the trope of being tricked back to his dimension through the intelligence of the hero rather than through the use of super powers. There is a reference to Nite-Mite who is obviously a parody of Bat-Mite. Qyrk is a parody of Qwsp. There is an unnamed reality warper that is dressed like Adam Strange although there is no such imp that we know of in the DC universe.
